We are committed to building MakerSpaces inspired by your community with the goal of
positively enhancing hands-on learning experiences for your target audience.

Growing up, I seemed to always have a hammer in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Whether it was building the backyard deck or finishing the basement, my parents were the king and queen of DIY. Fortunately for me, I was included in all projects and enjoyed making just as much as they liked teaching me.

Fast forward to present day, every moment of my life has been surrounded by creativity and innovation. Since graduating college, I have led the operations of a university art studio and MakerSpace, taught classes on the value of the Maker Movement, published articles for MAKE: Magazine, and consulted for a variety of established and start-up MakerSpaces across the country.

My goal is aid you in developing or growing your MakerSpace to best suit your audience's needs. I can't wait to hear more about your community as we develop a creative, innovative and collaborative making environment.

TESTIMONIALS

"The creation of the Milton MakerSpace began in 2018 when TIME staff researched the concept of creating a program in downtown Milton.  Sabrina Shankar provided a turnkey service to create the MakerSpace. This included facility design, equipment purchases, preparing training curriculum and operating instructions".
